Solicitors consultation what to ask?

Hi
Married 14 years one DS10 and my own DD 22. My DH has depression Passive aggressive behaviour we've split he won't move out, I'm seeing solicitor today what should I ask? Feel I should write things down. We have a joint mortgage £223,000 left on property and house valued at £335,000 I only earn £22k so realistically can't take the mortgage over can I?
