Hi there NC for this one.

H & I want to divorce amicably (DIY), we separated in Feb 2014, but we want it to be as non-committal blame-wise as possible.

Can anyone legal cast their eye over this list and see if they think it will suffice for the court's purposes? (He's the Petitioner, I'm Respondent)

•The Petitioner states that from 15th February 2014 the Petitioner and the Respondent slept in separate bedrooms. The Petitioner moved out of the marital home and into rented accommodation in April 2014.
•The Petitioner and the Respondent sold the marital home, subsequently purchased separate properties by the end of 2014, and are living separate lives.
•The Petitioner feels that the Respondent has displayed a lack of consideration for the Petitioner and is unable to live with the situation.
By way of example, the Respondent continues to be late for appointments, despite the distress this causes the Petitioner.
•The Petitioner feels unable to trust the Respondent due to indiscretion.
By way of example, the Respondent discussed a personal matter with an acquaintance which caused the Petitioner considerable distress.
•The Petitioner and Respondent are no longer able to communicate and live together as husband & wife.
By way of example, each has pursued their own interests separately, spending no time together as a couple.

I'm hoping it will be ok...

thanks muchly
