A very quick question.
I have money left to me by my mums will which is in a trust for the benefit of grandchildren.
Can my wife sue for part of this money in a divorce settlement, bearing in mind one of those grandchildren is our DC from marriage.
I've been divorced before and lost everything in that settlement so am wary of losing everything again.
