Please can I show you this wonderful project my friend is trying to launch for dementia sufferers and their families and carers?

I hope this is allowed. My lovely friend who is a very experienced dementia nurse and researcher has created a project called DUETcare to provide a creative, gold standard, specialist education and training programme for Specialist Elderly Care and Dementia Care in Wales. From the project's Facebook page: "DUET stands for Dignity, Understanding and Empathy: the core values required for caring. DUETcare training aims to do this. By training family members, communities, carers and health and social care professionals to move into the world of the person they care for through creative means and a use of the senses, an empathetic approach to care can be developed."

She has just set up a Crowdfunding page here - if anyone feels able to donate or to share the link to help get the project off the ground, she would be incredibly grateful.
