Has anyone had a good ride this weekend?

My Dh and I got up early and cycled 33 miles (a personal best) from Bristol. And now having a lovely lie down. My Dh has been resisting getting proper cycling shorts but I think he's learned his lesson as his balls really hurt.
My right shoulder hurts as well - it seems to come and go during the trip. Does anyone else have this?
