A German Mumsnet?

Can any German MNers recommend something like Mumsnet, or similarly addictive, in German? I'd like to improve my German, and something interactive like that would be great.
My DD is learning German too - so can anyone recommend some kind of internet site she might enjoy, to encourage her to read or listen to more German? Both of us have reasonably good German.

@thomasinaa
The forum of "Eltern" especially Eltern raten Eltern used to be good.
But I havn't been on there for ages. (As I am practicing my English on here.)
I'll ask DC (16 and just turned 18) about German language sites.

This is great - thanks v much! I see that German parents wash sheets less than UK ones!
Don't see any politics though, which is what I spend most time on on MN.

It’s towels, not sheets. That’s a good site.

Although I see someone on about sheets later. Very like mumsnet!
