Resettlement prison

Does anyone know if an inmate is moved to a resettlement prison that means he is due to be released?

Possibly but it could still be years off. If you’re worried is there a parole hearing because you can usually submit a statement. This can result in exclusion zones, parole terms etc if ever released.

Yes his parole is due very soon, I have written to the parole board already should I do it again?

Yes ask them for an update, explain the reasons why as that’ll likely strengthen your submission and ask for it to lay on the file.

If you are at risk you can also request your address is flagged at the local Police Station so they’ll prioritise if they can. You’ll need to contact your local Police station to do this. You should be able to fine your neighbourhood office via www.police.uk
