Heating oil help

I live in a rural part of Ryedale, North Yorkshire where we have to have heating oil instead of gas. I'm.just wondering if anyone knows of any funding to help pay for the delivery? I've spoken to CAB who said there isn't anything but I know things change regularly

Not sure if that is what you're asking but some suppliers let you pre-pay monthly to help spread the cost.
Disadvantage is then you can't shop around for best price.
Does your village have a buying group. That means you can buy smaller amounts e.g. 500L more regularly whilst still getting the bulk price.

No funding that I know of but there may be a local oil syndicate that can get you a good deal on the price. Deliveries for syndicates are often on set days for set areas which helps to keep the price down. Our local syndicate is 12p per litre cheaper than the standard price so quite a saving.

Don't know if this is the right area but found this with a quick google?
