EE are currently offering broadband for 2 a month if you have a PAYG/Contract mobile with T-Mobile, Orange or EE. There phone line is only 11 if you pay upfront for 12 months. Also, if you go to EE through TopCashBack then you will get 80.80 in cashback. That works out at 75.20 for b/band and phone for the year. Sky equivalent is 274.80 for the year so is an especially good deal if you are already with Sky and want to move.

OP I started a thread on precisely this on Chat t'other day and based on the responses there, there is a reason EE are so cheap! We are EE mobile customers so we got quoted what sounded like an amazing deal for broadband. But almost everyone on the thread said they had had trouble with customer service, very slow connections, broadband cutting out etc.

Sadly we've decided it is a false economy as we both rely on broadband to work.

Not sure about customer service as I haven't had to deal with them but speed wise it has been fine. Ours went live on March 12th and it has been far better than Sky. I am currently on internet (obviously :)) whilst watching Netflix and DH is playing COD online on the PS4. I would still recommend it.
