When is this set? What social class and nationality? Are their parents civil servants or Orthodox Jews or hippies or sheep farmers -- conformists or lovers of the 'unique'?

Oh yes ! Sorry very important...
Present day. Aiming for Scottish nationality but not vital...
This is very early days as you can probably tell !

Give them normal names if they're your central characters. I always get a bit distracted by silly names in a story. Ruth, Claire and Sophie would be better than Ruby, Claire and Sophie. Jmo

Ruby, Kate, Emma.

Rose, Sophie, jasmine

Google the most popular names for the years of birth for you characters

It's all a bit of a hair brained fantasy at the moment.. I've written 2A4 pages with a basic idea but no real plan on how it's going to come together... just random stuff I've made up! It's sort of "nothing to loose" type writing.
You're right weird and wonderful names seem to take from the story imo so I needed some good solid names :)

If I ever get 10% of anything I'll let you know 😂😂

Call them something deeply ordinary for now, and alter later if you decide their parents are the type to call them Moon Unit, Hummus and Rainbow.

Thank you, feel free to use - they have more unusual middle names but I agree that unusual names will distract from the story.

If not, then hopefully the right names will jump out at you.
Keep a notpad by your bed if you ever dream of any names so you don't forget them later.
Can you imagine any scenarios in your story that certain names feel right for?
When I was trying names for my third I used to write imaginary cards...

from,
Zoe, Amy and ......

It always helped me see if they looked right or not.

What about a nickname for one of the characters (main character?). I think that always works well. With three sisters it's important for your readers to be able to distinguish between them as they could get mixed up if the names are too normal.

Holly, Faye & Gracie, children that I know of a similar age but totally unrelated.

I agree that you'd need a nickname/something less 'plain' for your main character! Just not too outlandish!

Baby Imogen

Main character Georgina (I was thinking of the nickname Ginger to distinguish from older/younger siblings possibly, or Gina if you want something normal!)

Older sister Eleanor

Oh dear. I had Tarquin, Fletcher, Mireille and Fenella in my last story. They are real names though, and Fenella is, I think, an Anglicised spelling variation of a Gaelic name, so might suit a Scottish setting, even though it's more usually Irish. Siobhán, likewise. And how about Kirsty/Kirstie/Kirsten?

I've set mine in Scotland, but the characters are mid 40s. So names like Shona and Fiona, though they are probably too old for present day 12 year old.

Mirrin is a lovely Scottish name. MArtha too (no idea if that's Scottish but cute on kids).

My main character had an X for ages until I came up with a name I liked. It's so difficult.

You could try looking up (Scottish) names and their meanings since writers always name their characters for a reason. Connect the name to the personality of he character. Harry Potter is named as an ordinary name precisely because he is extraordinary! Calypso (a butterfly) in The Chamomile Lawn floats from one man to another for most of the book until the end when she becomes a faithful wife. Also try picturing your characters in your mind - what name do they look like? If you have children you will know exactly what I mean

I'm in Scotland - popular girl names where we are include: Isla, Grace, Erin, Caitlin, Lily, Eilidh, Cara, Emma, Hannah, Chloe, Emily, Morven, Kate/Katie, Annie, Maisie, Ellen, Beth, Eve/Eva/Ava & Isabella (some very 'Scottish', like Eilidh which is Gaelic & some not!)

I use the National Records of Scotland website a lot for ideas & to see which names were popular in which years, then go with one that feels/sounds right. I think you'll know it when you find it, if you know what I mean!

Good luck!
