I listened to their victim impact statements earlier - horrendously sad. RIP to the mother and daughter. I don't know how they face each day.

Every day I see learner drivers driving unaccompanied - with so few Guards how is it possible to prevent this?

Cars should be taken off them. End of.
The same for drunk driving. Take the car.
