For your baby's safety do not buy Izziwotnot Cots.
I wrote a fair review on Feefo and they had it deleted as they don't want to make it public.
But we bought a cotbed from them and the whole thing fell apart before my baby even slept in there.
We contacted them to make sure no one else goes through this and have the cot recalled, and they are just concerned with who owns the licence of the company and not taking liability.
Good aftersales would involve just taking some responsibility and apologising and letting other mums know!
The whole side cot bars fell apart and my LO hadn't even slept in there yet.
They offered a repair, but no caring parent would put their 6 month old in there in fear of it happening again.
Izziwotnot have very poor customer service and don't want to acknowledge this.
I wish I read the poor reviews before purchasing.
Their Moses baskets are great and the majority of their good reviews are about them..
The cots are all made from the same manufacturers so even if they don't do this range anymore I would question the safety of any of their furniture.
Do NOT buy COTS from this Company!
To add to this they look nothing like they do online and are of poor quality.
