We are trying to return a cot matress which is supposed to be 120cm in length but comes up slightly short thus leaving a dangerous gap. We've spoken to three people - all who said they were going to sort out a return for us and let us know by email. This has failed to happen three times. Will not shop at kiddicare again! Any ideas on how to sort return of item anyone?!
