Cots and beds

Can someone measure the height setting on their Ikea Gulliver cot for me please?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy the Ikea Gulliver cot in Ikea's sale for DD due in April. I'm planning on using it with three sides as a bedside cot.

I'd love it if someone who has that cot would kindly measure the two height settings (or just one!) that are available. I can then work out which mattress/es will get the cot to the same height as my bed.

I'm a single Mum and really not handy at all, so not having to make new holes would be fantastic. Ikea is a good hour away, so it would be a real pain to go along to a store and measure them before buying and the website doesn't list the two height settings actual heights. Just that there are two heights.

Many thanks if you can help!

The set up looks fab.

Length: 53 1/2 "
Width: 29 1/2 "
Height: 32 5/8 "
Bed width: 27 1/2 "
Bed length: 52 "

Length: 136 cm
Width: 75 cm
Height: 83 cm
Bed width: 70 cm
Bed length: 132 cm

Thanks for the measurements and the link Smile

It was actually what height the mattress would be resting on when its at the top height setting I wanted - rather than the total height of the cot.

So I can work out what cot mattress thickness to get to make it match my bed height. If that makes sense!

I love it. You could ring ikea? I have done in the past and they were very helpful.

Know this is a zombie thread, but am trying to find the same info and I'm about 60 miles from the nearest IKEA so would be useful to have this info before making the trip! Thanks...

I've been and measured the gulliver cot. The lowest setting means that the bed base is 17cm from the floor and the second setting means the bed base is 43cm from the floor. Both of these measurements were taken without the mattress.

Thumbs up for happy co-sleepers! Wink
