Covid

In April my husband and I were tested and we have never received results. We chased and chased and were given many excuses but regardless never received results.
Last week I was poorly all week, nothing specifically Covid like but GP advised me to get tested. I was so fatigued and had no car last week so had to have a test by post. The theory is results would take 2 days. Posted Friday lunchtime.

To date - NOTHING

If these results do not come back I am giving up paying taxes because I clearly don't exist. My faith in the system was already pretty low when a friend of a friend returned a test without have using it and gained a positive result - all of which happened in the company of his NHS nurse wife .........................

Are you in a city or somewhere remote?

If they were posted on Friday, through the sorting office and reached the lab this morning, assume a bit of a backlog, I guess you could hope for a result tomorrow or maybe Wednesday.

My Dh had a home test posted Saturday got results this morning.
Did you post it on a priority post box ?
Apparently it takes 48 hrs from receipt of test .
