I tested positive on Monday. So I’ve been isolating in the house separately from my household. Then yesterday another member(DH) has now tested positive.
I’ve had two different responses from the 119 team. One told me that I, along with the rest of the other members need to isolate again for the 14 days starting from the last persons positive. Apart from DH who will do the 10 days.
Then the next lady who I phoned told me that no I just stick to my 10 days and the other members isolation(the kids) finishes on the original date from my symptoms, not DHs.
I’m thoroughly confused, as that is two different answers! 🙄 worst part is there is actually no Covid positive helpline to call, to get these answers. nor can I find anything online about this situation.
So I wanted to ask, to someone who’s tested positive, then a few days later had someone else test positive in the house hold, what did you All have to Do?
Restart isolation or just carry on from the original first persons?
Hope that made sense! 🤞🏻
