Keep brief. We have dsc 50%. PIL generally do the drop off and collects. DH can't as his ex caused lots of issues and false allegations proven to be false so it's always been them to do it. Since the lockdown I've been collecting and returning. Which I do because I have to and I generally don't mind but its a distance away and with a 5m old and toddler it's a bit of a pain at times especially now dh back to work.
When houses can mix as of sat does that mean at times PIL could do some of it. I ask because next week my ds has an appointment the exact time dsc is due to be collected. Appointment can't be changed and his ex will not allow even a 5 min leaway let alone either 1 hr earlier or later collection. ( which imo is ridiculous as should work together)

They have a people carrier and can wear masks. Windows open etc.
And dsc will likely be visiting them this weekend indoors anyway as has been begging to.

If PIL aren't particularly vulnerable, just do it and don't worry about it. It's clearly allowable from 4th July anyway.

That's what I thought. Just don't want his ex to say we've broken the law or anything and find a silly loop hole.
