Covid Home Test

I said a Covid Home test today and the test itself I think I did correct but I forgot how to package it in order to return and made a mistake. I put the vial directly into the biohazard bag instead of putting it in the clear bag with a pad and THEN biohazard. What do I do now ? Just send the file in the plastic biohazard bag (this bag then goes directly in the post box), OR unseal and try to re do it but then in can not properly seal it. Have any of you messed up the return packaging ? I am worried they wont except it

I’m not sure . I did the exact same thing at work...the instructions were very confusing. They had to give me a new bag to put it in but obviously you don’t have that option. I would give the helpline a call and they should advise you
