Had text today offering to do my hair at my home, due to complications opening the salon...he said he can do it from 04 July, so does this mean there has been an announcement?

“Foreign secretary, Mr Raab, confirmed hairdressers, pubs and restaurants would have to wait until 'phase three', which would be from 4 July at the “very earliest”, to be reconsidered for reopening.

Mr Raab told Sky News’ Kay Burley: “From 4 July, at the earliest, we’ll look at other sectors and that will include hospitality, but it will also include personal care and people like hairdressers.”

thanks for that @LadyFeliciaMontague. I am still a bit dubious and have suggested he does my hair in the garden Grin

My DD's shop sells face visors and a lot of hairdressers etc have been buying them for restarting in July. Customers will have to wear masks.

I feel sorry for the pensioners, for many it was a trip out and a chance to catch up with gossip etc. But there's no talking guidelines. It's going to be awkward.

I'll be happy with no talking. When I lived overseas, it was usual not to talk (mainly due to language barrier Grin) but even the locals didn't seem to chat.
