Tossing and turning. It’s driving me nuts as I feel like shite the next day.

Yes me too, oddly at 3am as well. Trying to decide whether or not to resign and live off savings for a bit.

It's grim all this isn't it...

Me. I'm 1.30 and awake for hours because I can't stop thinking. I find Phenergan Night extremely helpful but you only get a week's supply so I don't take it very often.

Me too! Waking up at 3am and not back to sleep until it starts to get light. Was having a nightmare last night, trying to stop someone attacking me by kicking them, and woke up kicking my DH! 😯 (He was pretty understanding considering he's working and I'm not...)

Yes, for me I think it’s the lack of exercise, not just physically but mentally, I try and exercise every day either by walking 5k or doing a workout/dance class with the dc’s but I don’t feel as tired at the end of the day, I’m going to bed later but still waking at 3am ish, eventually going back to sleep for an hour around 5am.

Yep. Either anxiety-fueled insomnia or dreams so vivid I don’t feel that I’ve slept well.
