Hi... I had possible C19 right at the beginning - lung/throat/cough/dizzy/fatigue but no temperature - not a big deal, just 5 days of feeling rough with a couple of those in bed... But bizarrely since it seems to flare up when I'm a bit under the weather.

It's happened a couple of times - so couple of weeks after first getting it and then again 10 days later - rough throat, tight uncomfortablelungs/breathless and fatigue for 2-3 days. Is this happening to any else? Is this normal?

And of course it may not have been C19 in the first place, and just been a respiratory virus that is flaring up again!!

I'm been having exactly the same, as have a couple of friends.

Assuming it was covid19, I had about 10 days really rough in bed, fever, aches, tight chest etc. And now 3 weeks & 3 days on - still very debilitated. Have a good day or two and then feel rubbish again. I've just got back into bed after working all day up till now as feeing so rotten.

Apparently the early reports out of China said that it lasts an average of 32 days. Nothing like the 7-10 days pushed by the gvmt here.

It has a nasty sting in the tail, this bug, and I reckon it's going to to be 5-6 weeks till I'm properly well again.

Yes. I keep getting low grade fevers- 37.6 etc. And exhaustion, sore throat, aches.

Yes. I was ill at home for 13 days, then hospitalised for 4 days, now home for 9 days and I’m still getting intermittent sore throat, cough and burning lungs. I’ve never come across any virus as awful as this one, or as difficult to shake off. And this is despite having a negative test before being released from the covid unit, so in theory I’m no longer infected or excreting live virus.
There is a thread here on MN called 30+, for people who have been ill with it for over a month.

Me too , I can’t say I feel ill again , and any other time I would think nothing of it, but just this evening I’ve started aching , sore throat and have chills.

Yes exactly like you OP!
It's nothing too bad, the reoccurring symptoms are mild and I didnt have it badly in the first place (if I did indeed have it), it's just odd.

I've never had anything drag on quite like this before, Ive had far worse viral respiratory illnesses that were done and dusted completely in a couple of weeks.

I've had something hanging around for three weeks now. The first couple of days with it I certainly didn't think CV but then my 'usual' cough changed and became very dry. Temp was up a bit so I did the right thing and isolated. Was fine after 6-7 days but have been up and down since. And I have got the most god-awful aches and pains practically everywhere today. I think it's definitely a virus but I've no idea if it's the virus.
