What time is the briefing meant to be today?

Gookine suggests 15.15 but i can't seem to get it working on the BBC site and it's not on radio 4

When financial support is currently measured in the hundreds of millions or even hundreds of billions, I find it stark in comparison that only £2 million has been pledged to already finding starved domestic abuse services.

And that this is announced as a solution. No words.
