confused by opk

ttc no 3, stopped bfeeding on 5th July, no af as yet but started temping to see if can catch first egg

now on day 46 after stopping bf had temp drop on day 39 and positive opk but temps after bit irratic and fertility friend not picking up possible ov, temp drop again this am, did another opk just out of curiousity and its +ve... any ideas, both +ve's were faint, have I just got crazy hormones at mo? have done couple of opk's between 39 and 46 and they've been -ve

thanks for that, it makes sense but I don't understand why I got couple of positive opk's.. think it must be crazy hormones, kind of not expecting anything to happen yet as still have milk

I've added a bit more info on my chart and realised temps that are really low are ones when I took it at 4am not 7 so I guess that might be part of problem for temps being bit all over shop...
