Soooo it’s been almost 5weeks since I lost my little girl at 15 weeks and since last week I’m still getting a positive error on first response but not one step. Il attach a pic of first response for viewing but I’m still none the wiser as to whether I’m actually pregnant or still have hcg from before. Would it be this strong a positive ? Xx

@Mcbee26 I mc at 9 weeks earlier this year and it took just over 4 weeks for my levels to return to below 5 (non pregnant levels). I had hcg tests done 72 hours apart when I was still getting Strong positives on frers and digitals because they were concerned about retained products (I mc naturally).
As it happened after my second blood test where my level was down to 5 I then began af the next day.
I’ve heard it can take longer for your levels to return to normal the further along you were when you mc.
I would ask your gp to do a blood test. Say you’re concerned about retained products or want to know if it could be a new pregnancy.
If it’s a new pregnancy then the hcg should double in 48 hours.
Good luck and I’m sorry for your loss. It’s heartbreaking x
