Hoping for a bit of advice or recommendations for preconception vitamins you can take while breastfeeding. DD is 17 months and still feeds about 4x daily with no inclination to stop any time soon it would appear. We are planning to start ttc no 3 at some point in the next few months (AF is back but all over the place).
Anyone have any recommendations? I took pregnacare with dd and ds but didn’t really get on with it well. TIA
