Faint BFP?

Hi all,
New to this! I did BD on March 3 and March 6 after seeing EWCM in the days between (4/5). Really trying to not let mind play tricks, but felt progesteroney, had acid reflux, fatigue straight after ovulation. My period is not late (due tomorrow), no huge symptoms this week but I decided to POAS because was tired of fixating on it. I did a Freedom Pregnancy Strip (cheapskate) and I think it's a positive. It's faint, but can any of you help me out? I feel like I'm either reading into things too much or in denial.

That is a definite positive, not faint at all! I should show you a pic of the very faint line I got yesterday - you can barely see it! I'm waiting and testing again at the weekend. Congratulations! Hopefully I'll be joining you x

I also found out I’m pregnant about half an hour ago!! My cycle is usually between 25-29 days. Today is cycle day 30! I have some slight cramping for two days and boobs felt a little tender. I got to my friends today and told her she told me to try ovulation tests lol I didn’t think much of it but they both came back super dark so I ran to boots got a first response and clear as day was a second bright red line! Couldn’t believe it!! Been trying two years nearly after miscarrying at 11+ weeks in April 2017.

@Maizie83 Will do. I'm half expecting AF to turn up so we'll just have to wait (grr!) and see! :) Think I'll test again Saturday morning x

@mamatoamberplusbump congratulations! @charm23 I feel exactly the same way but I am now with occasional sharp boob pain and dull cramp in lower right back. Keep me posted both of you, and I will too.

@Maizie83 I couldn't wait until Saturday so I took a Clearblue Early Detection test this morning with FMU and got a positive but it's still on the faint side. That makes 3 faint positives in the past 2 days so I guess it's true... I am pregnant too :)

My AF is due today, still no sign. I've taken several tests and they all say the same thing (BFP!) but I'm feeling really anxious and can't quite believe it until my AF is well and truly a no-show. It's very nerve-wracking and so many mixed emotions! When is/ was your AF due. @mamatoamberplusbump hope its all going well for you too!

@Maizie83 Thanks :) My cycle is 29 days average and was due 3 days ago. Your test is way darker than mine have been but a line is a line I suppose. I'm feeling the same - kinda anxious and not wanting to be too hopeful. With my MC back in December I had spotting in the weeks prior so I'm just hoping to avoid that this time. Got a holiday to look forward to in May and by the time I get back I should be ~14wks and then I can chill out a bit lol Got any holidays booked?

That’s fantastic hun! I know exactly how you feel! It’s totally surreal and I just can’t quite believe it either. My Cycle is around 25/29 days so yesterday was day 30 of my cycle (29 if I had recorded a new cycle on app) but I usually go earlier than 29 and my boobs felt different so I just had to know! And the second line came up instantlyand was bright red! No denying it, very excited but also mixed emotions due to it being such a long time we’ve been trying I just can’t quite believe it, wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy xx

I'm so jealous of both of you getting nice strong bfps! Mine have been quite faint. I have a FR Rapid Detection and a Superdrug test but scared that it'll come up faint again. Think I'll just leave it a few more days and hopefully get a strong line then?

@Charm23 is this the Clearblue from the other day pictured?

I would say wait a few days (if you can! i know it's easier said than done - peed on 3 yesterday!).

It looks like @mamatoamberplusbump (congrats!) is using the FRER test, which I also tried the other day. They're a bit more sensitive, so you might get a clearer result. I know it's the hardest thing to not fixate on. if you're obsessing, then try again on the two you've bought. And keep us posted.

A holiday booked for Feb 2020, hoping to be bringing a 8 - 10 week old along! Fingers crossed.

Appears I had a chemical pregnancy as I'm bleeding/cramping. Good luck but that's it for me.
