On cycle 6 and have decided to try this product. Reviews on Amazon are incredible but not so great on forums, has anyone had experience of using this and has feedback please? Positive or negative.

Thanks girls x

Hi. I’m cycle 5 and in 2ww. I took a month of the seven seas between kind of mid jan-a couple of days ago. Obv I don’t know yet if they’ve helped and if anything I think my period was lighter last month and that’s all I noticed. But might be coincidence. Worth a go tho! I don’t know weather to carry on or just go back to plain folic acid.

I took them both times TTC. I liked the tiny size and I had no side effects from them at all. Took them for several months prior to trying and fell pg very quickly with my son and within six months with this pg. Maybe nothing to do with the tablets but I got on well with them both times and moved onto the Seven Seas Pregnancy vits both times which I also got on well with.

I take these, no side effects and easy to swallow. I like them, 3 for 2 in boots/Tesco makes them quite good value compared to many.
I think some women forget that a lot of conception vitamins are not about helping you get pregnant quicker but about ensuring the right vitamins are in your system when you do get pregnant.
It is also true that if you are secretly deficient in something it can influence fertility but in general these pills aren’t designed to be miracle conception aids.

I used these before i got pregnant and was pregnant 1st cycle. What I like it has the days of the week on the packet so you can never forget to take the pills. I have been using pregnacare pre conception and not got pregnant so I’ve gone back to using seven seas in the hope I get pregnant. Probably just a psychological thing! My doctors did say when I last got pregnant and I showed her the pack that there wasn’t enough vitamin D. You need 10ug the pack has 5ug and she told me to get pregnacare vitamins instead as they had the right dosage of vitamin D. Hence this time round for baby number 2 I went straight for pregnacare pre conception instead of seven seas

Not quite what you're after as I didn't take them til BFP but they really are tiny and tasteless and usually on 3 for 2. Spot on for folic acid but as PP said not enough vitamin D, I'm crap at tablets so took them with a haliborange chewy kids vitamin D & calcium to get the extra.

I say took, I'm still on that regime now at 23 weeks because pregnacare etc are too bloomin big for me!

Thanks all for advice! I have bought them plus some vitamin D - I was just worried as some people said they had really long cycles after taking them, but since nobody mentioned that so far her I'll give them a go X

No long cycles for me! What did the reviews say? I don’t really notice anything while taking them no side effects

@Explorers10 just people saying they'd got their hopes up because they'd been like over a week late etc and it'd turned out to be this tablet. There was quite a lot of those reviews saying it had messed up their cycles, but they only seem to be on forums? And on shop reviews it seems like a miracle pill with no flaws!

The main thing I've noticed is that my crazy long and irregular cycles have shortened and regulated. They are basically an eye opener for me. Didn't know about the vit d stuff...might give the pregnanacare a whirl...

@baileyd222

I suppose i didn’t notice if it would mess my cycle up as I got pregnant straight away 1st cycle for my first. I’m on cycle 4 and used pregnacare the past 3 cycles but gone back to seven seas in the hope they work Grin probably just a coincidence

Hello,

Just to share my experience with these tablets.

I've been taking these for about 2.5months... TTC #1. I thought I had an adverse reaction to them after a few weeks as I had a lot of mid cycle bleeding/spotting but the Dr said nothing to do with them at all and I had tests and a scan done - all normal.

Gonna stick with them and fingers crossed it has worked (I'm about 2-3 DPO)

x

@baileyd222

Been taking these tablets for first time this month and I am 3 days overdue on my AF. Tested and BFN so awaiting my AF to turn up. So maybe these tablets do make your cycles super long!!
