Hi all,
I am 40 and TTC. I am taking a variety of supplements to support my egg health (fertility smart, MV, myo inositol) and I have stopped drinking caffeine, alcohol etc. I have come across the 14 day fertility challenge with Gabriela Rosa and I was wondering if anybody had any experience with it.
I would really appreciate any feedback, advice etc.
