Faint line still

Has anyone experience faint lines for a long time, I had my first faint line about a week and half and have done 6 tests all the same and I mean they are very very faint. I have missed my period now by 4 days yet the lines still remain faint.

Did anyone else experience this?

I’m sorry but I can’t see any lines on your pics, however if you see faint lines IRL and they’re not getting stronger it’s worth getting checked by your doctor as I believe that consistent low levels of HCG like that could indicate an ectopic pregnancy. I really hope this isn’t the case for you though - good luck!

@Emm1e - I guess you’ll just need to keep testing then, but do watch out for any sharp one sided pain or pains in your shoulder whilst you are getting these faint lines, and get yourself straight off to your doctor If you notice either! Good luck - i hope it turns into your BFP soon 🤞

Pain from an ectopic is usually sharp and on one side or the other. I’m not saying this is definitely what you have so please don’t panic but it’s worth being aware of as the first sign can be late, faint lines on HPTs.

I would say they are all negative. It looks like the colour or brightness has been changed in all the pictures? If so, then I really wouldn't trust any lines you can see. Clearblue are terrible for having a slight evap line even when negative.

Good luck

I had stronger lines than this with an ectopic so it possibly could be a chemical. When I had my chemical it stayed this light for a good 6 days then disappeared.

I'll try a digital later, and yeah it has got slighter darker now I've missed my period but nothing major x

How sure are you when you ovulated? Could your period be less overdue than you think? Have you been using fmu?

For context, I did a frer at 4 days late with fmu and the test line was as dark as the control line...

I can see the lines. Just keep testing using FMU.

There's definitely a line there in all of them tests, I can see it. Maybe go to your doctors and get them to do blood tests to confirm and then get yourself in for an early scan x

Did a test I mean, I will push for blood tests if they don't do anything next time and do your gp have to book early scans? X

I think they’re getting slightly stronger. For me, FRER was the test that I could tell was getting stronger every day.
