Measuring BBT orally

Hi.
I've been trying to pinpoint my O dates. I've had positive OPKs, watery and EWCM but I haven't had a rise in BBT. I measure it orally with a BBT thermometer. Would using this method still be accurate? Or am I just not ovulating?
Thanks
