Spotting 4/5 Days before AF is due, could I be pregnant?

Hi Everyone, so I posted earlier this month so just thought I would update as I have more questions now lol
So my period started 03/05 and lasted 5 days, I had unprotected sex on the 09/05 and then again on the 13/05. I had the morning after pill the day after 14/05 so I know the intercourse on the 13/05 was covered.
Since then I have been experiencing a few symptoms but pushed them to the back of my mind at least till af was due again which is now due in 3 days.
The last 4 days I have been having period cramps like I do whilst on my period which was strong enough for me to need pain killers, I genuinely felt like my period was coming but every time I went to check nothing! I have also had what some would say is spotting when I wipe but nothing on a pad other than a lot of cm. I have taken 2 test which was negative but I’m not sure if this will be because my period isn’t late yet?
What do you guys think do you think it could be implantation bleeding and I might infancy be pregnant?

Sorry forgot to mention my average cycle length is around 26 days x
