Hi ladies

I posted last month in infertility but had no response since though maybe I would get more luck in the conception section.

I’m on my third month of Clomid which is working and I ovulate but no bfp. Currently on my two week wait and have exactly the same Symptoms as my last two months. Sore boobs, really bad cramps since ovulation, moody.
I was just wondering if anyone conceived on Clomid and if you did, did you feel any different before your bfp the month you got lucky? I’m 9dpo today but am too scared to test!

My two older DC are here because of clomid, the first took only 2 cycles but the second took over a year. Funnily enough my third DC was conceived naturally, the consultant said the clomid had kickstarted my cycle into working again. That was a surprise! I can't remember feeling any different before taking the test, only a bit more tired than usual. Fingers crossed it's worked for you Flowers

Justonme, did you feel any different before your bfp?

My two week wait symptoms on Clomid have been crazzzyyyy! My cramps are just constant for ovulation right until AF!

I conceived on my third cycle of clomid (ovulated on the second one but no BFP).
The only difference I felt was sore boobs. Got a very faint BFP at 10DPO.
Good luck!

I conceived my daughter on my 3rd round of clomid, just felt the same as every other month when AF arrived! I had cramping for a few days before period was due.

I did! Hit massive emotional blip at your point but that third month was the charm. It's all worth it.

Ifyoudontimagine that is how I feel this month! I just keep thinking that if I was lucky this month I’d be feeling a little different or something! Two week waits are not for the faint hearted! Hehe

Sorry chick I have been out all day .... to tell you the truth .... by the fourth cycle we had actually given up hope... so I was just going through the motions .... the only real difference I noticed was my discharge.

The two week wait is a nightmare... don't give up hope .... DH were discussing our journey this morning and we both said the amount of stress / pressure we felt was unreal.

Thanks for replying Justonme.

Did you have cramps on Clomid too? Mine come in ways, almost feel like my uterus is contracting...!

Jusonme AF came right on time :(
onto round 4 of Clomid!
Although I’m thinking that if I haven’t had a bfp by now it’s not looking likely!
Thanks for asking

I'd like to know something about clomid if anyone can help me. As far as I know I ovulate every month. Have a smiley face on opk and also have period. Periods have only been lasting a few days recently as have been diagnosed with a thyroid disease. So my question is, if I ovulate, can clomid help me??

Presh- no. Clomid probably won't help you. It stimulates ovulation for those who don't, or for those who struggle to (generally those with long irregular cycles like me).

Also, it tends to make periods shorter and lighter because it's known to reduce uterine lining, which is why it can o lh be taken for a short amount of time.
