Line? What the heck?

Regular periods, shortish cycles, never late, early if anything. No hormonal contraception for years.

Been trying since Jan for baby no.2

DD took 6 months after 10 years of hormonal contraception.

Not even a sniff of a BFP till July and I was 3 days late. AF arrived and I it put that down to being horrendously stressed (we run a music festival).

Aug normal.

Sept - I was a whole 10 days late and AF arrives - but light, very light for me and 4 days. That was a week ago, Sat evening and Sun morning I had horrendous cramps.

I POAS this afternoon out of curiosity and there was a line!! Very faint but a line... on both of the Tesco sticks I had. BUT both disappeared within a few minutes.

Any ideas???

Line? What the heck?

That test looks negative to me. Hopefully it's too early for BFP. Good luck

Looks positive to me! Try Poundland tests. They're really good and you can get a basket full! Good luck x

I’ve just had a very similar result from a test this evening!! Perhaps I’m imagining a faint line... We were not ttc so I’m a bit confused! Going to test in the morning again... can anyone else can see it?!

Line? What the heck?

That's worrying. I've been wondering the same thing, i've done a few tests now on a freedom brand from a pharmacy. costs only a pound for two, and im wondering whether they're actually up to much!

I think I read somewhere that the tesco tests are less sensitive than others? 50ml/u rather than 25 or 10 like many of the others?

That's definitely a positive, I got my bfp on the Tesco brand yesterday. Both my tests started very faint like that and gradually getting darker. Blue dye mostly fades that's why after 10 mins you are told to disregard the test as the results may not continue to look the same way they did when the test was valid.

Hi all, I am still waiting for my period. Usually 27/28 day cycle (over last 6 months it has been this) but it has been known up to 32 days before!
I am on CD30 today so I may still get my period but no symptoms of AF.
I am going to do another test with a First Response.

GingerDoodle was it a positive result for you??

I used a Tesco test last week and got a false positive. There was definitely a line but it must have been an evap. Won’t be using them again. Really got my hopes up.
