Temping help please

His everyone, I am going to start temping but need some advice on everything really! When is it best to temp how many times per day how do you do your charts? Any help and advice would be great

The same time every morning. The exact moment you wake up. Don't move out of bed, or a lot actually - I usually turn off my alarm and then grab the thermometer straight away and stay lay down without moving much. And record that one temp. It ideally needs to be after 4 hrs of solid sleep. I did mine at 6am.
