Evening all, came off the pill in march and my cycles seem to have come back pretty regular but I'm struggling with feeling bloated. I thought it was just when AF came but no, bloating suddenly in the middle of my cycle and it's so uncomfortable! I thought it might be ovulation but I've been doing OPKs and none have come up positive (even though af arrives so I must be ovulating). So I suppose two questions; anyone else experienced increased bloating during ovulation? And has anyone else struggled to get positives from OPKs?
Thanks Smile

Yes me! So much so I assumed I was pregnant. My stomach is so bloated in the middle of my cycle that I can't fit into my trousers and then a week or so later it's all fine again and back to normal. Is this a normal symptom of ovulation then?

I think its something to do with post pill, could be wrong, but i came off bcp in jan and apart from erratic cycles ive also noticed that about 15days before af arrives every month im suffering with terrible bloating, i cant stand my tummy being touched. im tracking symptoms and cycle indicators to try and get a better idea of what my bloody ovaries are doing, so its been easier for me to pinpoint the sore boobs, bad bloating and tummy pains to pinpoint to the same time every month. Never noticed this pre pill but maybe its just because i wasnt looking for it.
