BUT- how do you log it... novice

Hiya. So pretty sure I'm out this month. I've decided to use conceive plus and start doing my temps each morning. How do you log your temperatures each morning? Do you have an app? If so which one? Or a paper chart? Where can I get one or did you make your own? Thankyou for any help

Glow is a suitable app- though mostly full of way ott women and their relationship dilemmas but the conception section is good!!

In my day 2009 a note pad and pen was sufficient.

Fertility friend app was recently recommended to me I think it's great so far especially for temping. Previously I used ovia app but FF much better as tells you when you ovulated from your data so you don't have to guess and gives god insights into your cycle
