I had my first mirena coil fitted last week on Tuesday with no issues. Since I've had tummy cramps as expected but since yesterday I've felt terribly sick and vomited. In general I feel poorly with tummy ache. I was up most of the night sweating but cold and have had severe diarrhoea all morning. I also have a pressure like feeling as if I want the damn coil to just come out! It may be just something I've eaten but I'm worried something is wrong with my coil. Another worry is I had sex on the night of my last pill then waited a week without any contraception until i had the coil fitted which is again a worry. Any advice?
