Miscarriage and Cysts and Endo

I had a natural miscarriage 3 weeks ago, I was 12 weeks pregnant and it was my first pregnancy after TTC for 2.5 years. I'm still devastated.
The next day they sent me for an ultrasound (at the antenatal dept - worst experience ever) to check that everything had passed. They noted that I have a large cyst on my left ovary 9cm by 7cm. I was in shock at the time so never asked any questions but they never gave me any other info about it.
I also have a tilted uterus which I've always known about. I have no idea if any of these things are linked to the miscarriage. Just to add to the mix, I've always thought that I have endometriosis. I have all the classic symptoms and have been to the doctors twice about it (10 years ago and then again 7 years ago) but both times nothing was investigated and I was fobbed off with STI tests and a change of contraception.

I guess my question is, has anyone else experienced any of these things? or has anyone gone through a successful pregnancy with cysts / deviations / endo?

I have another scan in 6 weeks to check on the cyst (I will then be 9 weeks post miscarriage). They said until the scan, I can't TTC. I'm assuming this is because they might choose to operate if the cyst hasn't shrunk? (which so far I know it hasn't because I can see it when I lie down). This is all really getting me down because I really want to start trying again straight away and I know that TTC after miscarriage can be successful if done quickly Sad

Hi there.
I have never had a mmc so cannot comment on that or the cyst. I do know however that a tilted uterus is just anatomy and I have been told that it makes no difference whatsoever (my consultant compared it to how far your ears stick out from your head! Just the way you are built).
I also have a tilted uterus and was simply told that as and when I do fall pregnant the uterus will just expand to fill any space that is there so not to worry.
Sorry for your mc and that I cant be any help with the rest of your query, but hopefully that is a bit of a comfort for that little part at least.
:)
