Help - TTC and night sweats

Hi all,
We've been TTC since Sept 2016. Ive only seen AF once (Jan 2017). Had a BFP in Nov 2016 but every other test was BFN. No bleeding after BFP and doctor was mystified. Ive also had night sweats for the last 6 years (I'm still in my twenties) - again the docs have no idea why. I know it is still early to be losing hope but I am beginning to think something is wrong. Does anone have any advice? Feeling a little hopeless!

If its menopause you are worried about then its extremely unlikely. I saw kits in Lloyds to test for peri menopause for £14.99 though so maybe take one to put your mind at rest.
