Might start tracking BBT soon. Anyone got any advice? Which kits are the best? How does it work?

Get a two decimal place thermometer and download the fertility friend app. Start on day 1 of your cycle and most importantly... don't obsess over every little dip Grin
Also - use opks if you can can log every fertile sign in the app. Hope this helps x

You need to take your temp at the same time every single day and as soon as you wake up - so probably best to set an alarm specifically for taking BBT regardless of what time you actually have to get up at. Then as the ladies above say, easiest to track in Fertility Friend App. Your temperature will spike after ovulation so its not the best for helping your to pinpoint the time to DTD but it is good to know that you've actually ovulated. Good luck!
