Hi everyone,

Tentatively heading back to these pages after a miscarriage when ttc no 1 a year ago now!

I'm just wondering if anyone else had tried reflexology when ttc? When is the best time to have the sessions? I've had two so far and I'm planning on sticking with it for a while but probably thanks to PMT I'm starting to doubt whether it will be effective and if I'm doing it at the right time!
