So I'm now 1 week late and have just had a negative test. Have been sort of ttc using ovulation trackers so know when I should of ovulated and dtd at that time. Have been doing this for the past 10 months and have never missed a period up till now... am I clinging on to false hope or is there still a chance?

It's possible you ovulated late...a tracker/app cannot tell you when you ovulated unless you're using OPKs and/or temping. Do you do either?
