How long did it take to conceive baby no.1 after copper coil removal?

Just that really, have been TTC for 4 months and wondered how long it took others in similar situations.
Am 27, had copper coil in for 5 years, and was on various contraceptive pills before that.
Have tried preseed lube the last 2 months, and planning to use ovulation kits this month.

On average, how long did it take you to fall pregnant? Just trying to gauge how long I should be patient for and when to become concerned. I know doctors say it can take up to a year, but I'm wondering what you all think.
