Hi all,

Sorry if this is not the correct place to post this but just after some advice.

Got a BFP last week on the day when AF was due, but had a BFN the following day and an incredibly faint positive yesterday.

I started getting brown discharge last night which has continued today and my pregnancy symptoms seem much milder.

I'm thinking it's a chemical pregnancy but as it's so early do I just wait for AF to start properly or do I need to see the GP? Sad

I'm sorry you're going through this.

It does sound like a chemical, there's no need to see your GP - they will just advise you to let nature take its course.

Be kind to yourself x

Sorry this is happening Flowers

I've had a couple of chemicals in the past year. It should pass uneventfully, just like a normal period really so no need to see your GP.

Thank you both for your kind messages, very sad but glad it's just a case of waiting and no need to see anyone Flowers

I'm sorry it's a late reply, but I went to the GP with mine and got it confirmed with blood tests. I was glad I did because I had 4 on the bounce - I'm now pregnant again (only 4 weeks today!) but the EPU had prescribed me progesterone to start taking right away but wouldn't have done that on my say so, they needed the blood tests.
