Help - list of acronyms?

Hi all, fairly new here, been trying to conceive for quite a while now, just arranging to go and see the doc to make sure nothing is wrong.

Been having a look on all these threads and was wondering if there was a pinned post or list anywhere of all the acronyms that are used, as I don't have a clue about most of them!

All you need to do it Google 'mumsnet acronyms' and this comes up..
