The most awful lower back pain :-(

This evening I have the most awful aching in my lower back. I feel like I have toothache in my back if that makes sense.

I don't get any pain with my usual AF, I have quite an easy time of it and rarely get cramping or bloating.

I am on CD16 in a 24 ish day cycle.
