I'm doing a frozen embryo cycle this month.
I have to take a prostap injection on day 1 of my period between 9-10pm.
This morning I was spotting red. The nurse at the clinic said wait until I had a red flow which has now started this evening.
Would you take the injection tonight or tomorrow? I've got 45mins to make my mind up, is today day1 of my period?? I'm in my late 30s and I don't knowwwwwww.
