Did you not have a period mid-April?? Generally, your period will begin approximately 14 days after ovulation.

Also, it would be far far to early to tell if you are pregnant if you had unprotected sex 2, 3 and 4 days ago. There is always a chance!

Hi I had a withdrawal period from coming of the mini pill started on 18 April very light then picked up finished 30April

So you ovulated while on the mini pill?
If you had a withdrawal bleed on 18th April you could of ov'd at the beginning of May and there's a chance you caught it but just remember your cycles can be a complete mess after stopping the pill. Did you have any ov symptoms or were you doing opks/temping? X

Yes I had ovulation symptoms and know I was ovulating so hopefully I caught it if not back to trying thank you for your help

Hi Chrissy,

I stopped the pill a similar time to you (17th April) and had a withdrawal bleed a few days later I assumed my ovulation would be 2 -3 weeks after this (naturally I had long cycles before going on the pill) which would be last week or next week but I'm now getting strong waves of nausea and needing to wee a lot, been looking into it and have discovered that although uncommon you can ovulate from the day after stopping the pill, so yes it is possible but prob too early to tell yet. Bit of a puzzle knowing when to test though...

Hello everyone Im Aimee!!

so here I go! im looking for abit of advice! im a month late on my period (im always on time), I went to the clinic around about the 7th of april and done a pregnancy test but it came back negative, they told me to come back in 2 weeks time, which I did but also a negative result so they said if I didn't come on my period the week after to go see my doctor to get checked out, which I did this thurday they also wanted to do a pregnancy test with me so we did and I had a faint positive but because of the pain I was in they rushed me into hospital as she thought I was going through an etopic pregnancy but when I got to the hospital, thy done another urine test which came back negative so they done blood work but they also came back negative.
i've been told that you cannot have a false positive as there must be a trace of hcg in you system so make that second line appear on the pregnancy test!!
im having a lot of pregnancy-like-symptoms such as'; nausea, dizziness, back ache, weird food craving, using the bathroom a lot lately, mood swings terribly etc..
I don't know whats going on but I just want a definite yes or no as this also happened to my sister few years back and she ended up being pregnant

How many test have you done if it says positive and you been to doctors and they got a positive even if it was faint you must be pregnant I would go back to doctors
