I start TTC this month! So excited!!

Hi girls (any guys)! I'm new here so I'm still confused as to how to work this app

Who else is in their first month of TTC after being on the pill? I stopped taking my mini-pill last Tuesday, had AF Thursday and it appears to be ending today/tomorrow, so hopefully we can start 'trying' to make some babies I already have dd1 who's now nearly 5, and last year I had a m/c, hopefully this time when/if we do get the bfp its a sticky one!

Also, I've downloaded a fertility app and it's saying I'm most fertile the end of this coming week, but that's based on a year of on-pill periods so obviously that's going to be way off the mark. I haven't got my hopes up for this month as it'll be our first month of TTC since I've stopped femodette but I'm going to give it a good go! We've been talking about it for so long now I'm beyond broody!

So, enough about me, who else is in their first month of TTC? Hopefully we can start our journey with each other X

I'm not coming off the pill but did have the copper coil removed in January. Cycles seem to have settled pretty quickly so as of this month we're officially ttc :)

This will be our first so I'm really excited!!

Good luck! I admire your shiny enthusiasm! I'm on month 8 so much less shiny. I'm ttc number 2 too. Fell pg in November but mc at 13 weeks so also hoping for a rainbow

Hi Loki and Rosie!

I had the coil (mirena) removed at christmas Rosie but it was due to the symptoms i got with it like constant bleeding during intercourse and absolutely agonising pains, turns out it was because it was completely in the wrong place, growing into my lining! nice! Then we went on the pill first week in February, Now we've decided to just come off it completely!

Oh Loki I m/c at 12 so I totally feel you. I'm so worried we'll be trying for quite a while as I panic that the pill/mirena etc has messed me up, I know they say they don't but pumping your body with all those fake hormones can't be good for us! It'll happen eventually though, don't loose hope!

I had my copper coil removed in Nov and now my cycles are now a bit wonky! Mine was also in the wrong position, so it was super painful - and I had it for 5 years!

Been taking all the vits for months now and husband seems more on board than I had thought (we had a nice chat about temping and ovulation timing last night - he had thought it was all bollucks! He just needed a bit of an education on the female reproductive system!)

If the last two cycles are anything to go by, I should next OV sometime towards the end of April... Very excited! I know it will soon lead to disappointment and disillusionment when it takes longer than 5 seconds!

Hi there, on my first month of TCC, stopped the pill about 2 years ago and I'll be 40 tomorrow! So excited and anxious at the same time!
Is anyone else out there TTC at 40? What's your story?
