Confused- lots of symptoms but BFN

Can any wise MNers shed any light? Had regular AF since coming off pill 4 months ago. Currently 5 days late, bad tummy, unusually tired, today feeling really nauseous and certain foods smell odd. But have taken 3 tests and all are BFNs. What's happening to me?!

It could be that you haven't produced enough hcg for a pregnancy test to pick it up, yet. Or it could be that AF is just being late and stubborn. I remember once my cycle lasted 40 days even though my normal cycle is around 28.

I would buy several different brands of pregnancy tests and make sure to test in the morning you can ask the pharmacist which one is best for detecting low levels of hcg and schedule a doctor's appointment in the meantime for blood work. If AF does come, you can always cancel the appointment.
